The Penticton Vees are now just two points out of first place, after a 6-3 win over the Westside Warriors on Saturday.
The Vees opened 2010 the same way they closed out 2009; beating the Warriors by three goals, this time in West Kelowna. Also similar to Thursday's final game of 2009, the Warriors were leading the Vees early in the second period.
