Friday and Saturday night the Penticton Vees were in Salmon Army to play two of the three remaining regular season games between the two teams. Friday night the Vees took two points winning 3-1. The Vees came on strong in the first period with two goals, followed by another in the second period. Salmon scored their only goal short handed in the second period. The third period was scoreless.
Saturday night Valentine?s day wasn?t as sweet for the Penticton Vees. The only goal scored in the first period was by the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. The Vees scored their goal of the night during the second period followed by Salmon Arm?s second. The Silver Backs scored an empty net goal with less than one second left in the third period.
