The Penticton Vees are hosting their annual Teddy Bear Toss for the Salvation Army Friday November 28th at their home game vs. the Merritt Centennials. All fans are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped teddy bear or stuffed animal in a plastic bag to this game in support of the Salvation Army. All bears will be tossed immediately after the Penticton Vees score their first goal of the night. Volunteers from Century Vallen and players from several local Penticton Minor Hockey teams will be on hand to pick up the bears after they are tossed for distribution to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army will also have food barrels on hand to collect non perishable food items.
