The Penticton Vees are just two games away from their Christmas vacations after a win on Wednesday night. The home side overcame a sloppy second period to beat the Nanaimo Clippers 4-2 for their 29th win of the season.
Garrett Milan and Alex Szczechura scored first period power play goals, The Vees out-shot the Clippers 13-2 and it looked like the Vees would cruise to an easy victory.
