Vees Return Home after Week Long Road Trip

Saturday night the Penticton Vees won their first road game on their latest road trip.  The Vees won 5-4 over the Burnaby Express on Saturday night.  Devon Krogh scored the game winning goal with just 1:45 into the first overtime period.  In the first period Anthony Pedicaro scored an unassisted goal between two Burnaby Goals.  Burnaby opened the second period with a goal one minute into the period.  The Vees bounced back with a power play goal 43 seconds later, when Ryan Viselli scored with help from Devon Krogh and Travis Ouellette.  Brent Vandenberg scored the last goal of the period with help from Garrett Milan.  In the third period Burnaby scored another goal, with the Vees scoring a game tying goal with less than four minutes left. 

 

Sunday afternoon the Vees faced off against the Langley Chiefs.  The Vees scored the first goal just 22 seconds into the first period Travis Ouellette scored the lone Vees goal in the first period with help from Ryan Viselli and Anthony Pedicaro, and was followed by three Langley Chief?s goals.  The Vees out shot the Chiefs 15-9, the Vees Zack Josepher scored the only goal in the second period with help from Ryan Viselli.  Less than two minutes the Vees scored their third goal, when Garrett Milan scored with help form Ryan Johansen.  The Chiefs came back with less than one minute left to score the game winning goal.

 

The Vees resume action Friday November 7th, 7:05pm vs. the Alberni Bulldogs, and Saturday November 8th, 7:05pm vs. the Westside Warriors, both games will be played at the SOEC.  Tickets are available at the SOEC Box Office.
