NEWS: BCHL Unveils Schedule For 2022/23 Season

PENTICTON, BC. – The BC Hockey League has revealed the 54-game regular season schedule ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, which includes the home and season opener for the Penticton Vees, slated for Friday, September 23rd against the Trail Smoke Eaters at the South Okanagan Events Centre.

The schedule for the Vees is highlighted by an opening weekend at home to kick off the season, with Trail coming to town on September 23rd as Penticton will raise four banners to acknowledge their Fred Page Cup championship, Interior Division Championship, BCHL Regular Season Championship and Interior Division Pennant from the 2021/22 season. The weekend concludes with a matchup against the Cranbrook Bucks on Saturday, September 24th.

An afternoon start of 2:00 PM, the game will be full of fun for families and children of all ages with more details on the game available closer to the date.

An event that will make its way to Penticton will be the BCHL All-Star Game, which was slated for January 2022 but postponed due to COVID-19. The event, including a Top Prospects Game, will take place in Penticton in January 2023 with more details revealed closer to the date of the event.
