Local businesses and charities are challenging Pentictonites to embrace the holiday spirit and cheer on the Vees on Saturday December 12 for the inaugural Christmas Charity Challenge.
Seven Penticton businesses have already committed to donating $1000 each to a local charity of their choice if 3,500 fans show up to watch the Penticton Vees host the Vernon Vipers on Saturday Night. The challenge is out for other businesses to join the event and pledge $1000 to the local charity of their choice, and for fans to be in attendance to make sure these great causes are supported.
