The Penticton Vees won their first exhibition home game last night vs. the Merritt Centennials 10-3. Penticton lead in scoring after the first period 5-0, and after the second the score was 9-2, with the final score being 10-3. Four of the Penticton Vees; Brett Vandenburg, Garrett Milan, David Andreassen and Ryan Viselli each scored two goals last night before the end of the second period. Merritt Centennial Dustin Johnson scored the only goals for his team to earn himself a hat trick.
Exhibition action resumes at the Penticton Memorial arena Saturday August 30th vs. the Westside Warriors at 7:05pm.
