VEES TEDDY BEAR TOSS ON WEDNESDAY AT S.O.E.C.
PENTICTON, BC ?The Penticton Vees Hockey Club is pleased to announce the annual Teddy Bear Toss will take place this Wednesday December the 1st, as theWestside Warriors pay a visit to Penticton.
Vees fans are asked to bring a new stuffed animal or stuffed toy to the South Okanagan Events Centre to throw on the ice following the Vees first goal. All stuffed animals will be collected by the Salvation Army and distributed around the South Okanagan to families in need.
?At the moment it looks like we will have well over 700Christmas hampers that will be distributed ? that would represent 500 to 600children.?
