Vees Defeat Spruce Kings in Double Overtime

The Vees ended the weekend with their third win in a row.  The Vees scored two power play goals which resulted in a tie of 4-4 after three periods of play.  The game went into two overtime periods with Zack Josepher scoring the game winning goal with only 45 seconds left in the game which earned him the first star of the night.  The Penticton Vees outshot the Prince George Spruce Kings 34-26 shots. 

 

The Penticton Vees resume hockey action Friday January 9th when they host the visiting Trail Smoke Eaters.  Tickets are available at the South Okanagan Events Centre.
