PENTICTON, B.C. – They meet again. The Penticton Vees face the Salmon Arm Silverbacks in the BCHL Interior Conference Final for the second consecutive season, beginning Thursday, May 2nd, at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC).
The Vees advanced to Round Three of the 2024 Rogers BCHL Playoffs, after their five-game series win over the Vernon Vipers. Penticton clinched the series win on Friday night, with their 2-1 overtime win at the SOEC.
The Silverbacks advanced to Round Three with their five-game series win over the West Kelowna Warriors. Salmon Arm clinched their series on Friday as well.
These two teams met in the 2023 Interior Conference Final, which the Vees won in five games, enroute to their second consecutive BCHL Fred Page Cup championship.
Penticton is the two-time defending BCHL Fred Page Cup champions, as they won their 14th Fred Page Cup in team history last May, beating the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in four games. The Vees are looking to be the first team to win three straight league championships since 2011.
The Chamberlain Property Group is the presenting sponsor of the Vees’ playoffs.

The Vees are offering special pricing of $18 for the first two games of the series. Youth 18 and under get in free, courtesy of Peters Bros Construction. The Valley first box office opens at 10:00 am on Monday morning.
