TSN 1040 BCHL Report: Dante Fabbro

Penticton Vees alum Dante Fabbro spoke with TSN 1040 midday hosts Matt Sekeres and Blake Price Tuesday morning, as part of the BCHL Report. Fabbro, a freshman at Boston University, has a goal and two points in seven games with the Terriers, as they’re off to a 5-2 start.

Fabbro scored his first NCAA goal on October 21st, in a 7-0 drubbing of Sacred Heart at home. The Terriers are on the road this weekend for a pair of games in Ann Arbor, Michigan, against 18th ranked University of Michigan Wolverines.

In his second and final season with the Vees in 2015-16, Fabbro was named the BCHL’s Top Defenceman after compiling 14 goals and 67 points. He won a Fred Page Cup and Western Canada Cup, as a rookie, in the 2014-15 season.

Fabbro was picked 17th overall by the Nashville Predators in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
