Paint the Town Blue!

The Penticton Vees Jr. ‘A’ Hockey Club in partnership with the Penticton Herald, are pleased to once again launch the second annual “Paint the Town Blue” contest.

The Penticton Vees and the Penticton Herald are calling on Penticton to “Paint the Town Blue” in support of the Vees and their run as defending RBC Cup National Jr. ‘A’ Champions.

Ed Kennedy, General Manager & Publisher of the Penticton Herald says it’s easy to get behind a contest like this, “The city of Penticton is lucky to have a junior ‘A’ hockey team of this caliber and the Penticton Herald is proud to be part of it.  We love to show our support for community events like this!”

To participate, decorate your business or your home, snap a photo and upload a it to the Penticton Herald website. Businesses will be entered for a chance to win a luxury suite and home owners will be entered to win a pair of tickets to every Vees home playoff game.

Penticton Herald readers will be asked to vote for their favourite decorated home and business. Three candidates in each category with the greatest number of votes, will move to the final round, where the Penticton Vees will choose the winners.
