Last Game: The earned their fifth-straight win Friday, blanking the Surrey Eagles 1-0 at South Surrey Arena. Bradly Nadeau scored the only goal of the game, a power play goal 13 minutes into the third period. Luca Di Pasquo earned his fourth shutout of the season, as he stopped 21 shots. Di Pasquo now has two shutouts in his last three starts, stopping 60 of the last 61 shots he has faced. Penticton outshot Surrey 45-21.
Tonight’s Game: Tonight, is the first and only meeting in the regular season with the Victoria Grizzlies. Penticton last season beat the Grizzlies 6-3 on November 13, 2021, at the SOEC. This is the Vees first trip to the Q Centre in three years, as they last played in Victoria in November of 2019.
Bradly Nadeau carries a five-game point streak coming into tonight’s game. Nadeau has 10 points (5G, 5A) over that stretch. With his assist Friday, Aydar Suniev now has 21 points in last 12 games (10G, 11A).
Penticton owns the BCHL’s best road record at 18-3-0-0 and have won four-straight away from home.
The Vees going with the same lineup as Friday, with the one change coming in goal. Hank Levy will make his 11th start of the season. The 20-year-old is 10-0 with a 1.87 goals-against average and .917 save percentage. Levy is coming off a 20-save shutout against the Cowichan Valley Capitals on January 14th.

Last Game: Victoria jumped back in the win column Friday, beating the Powell River Kings 6-1 at home. Devon de Vries and Noah Leibl each had three points in the win. Six different Grizzlies scored in that win. Victoria scored two goals in each of the three periods last night. The Grizzlies were 1-1 on the power play and 4-4 on the penalty kill.
Victoria enters tonight’s game sitting fifth in the Coastal Conference, just three points back of the third place Coquitlam Express. Third through sixth in the Coast standings are separated by just two points.
