Vees jump in the standings

Brodie Reid scored twice to lead the Penticton Vees to an important 3-1 home victory on Wednesday night . Ryan Viselli also scored for the Vees who jumped ahead of Westside and Trail in the standings .Denver Manderson had an assist to run his point streak to nine games . The Vees finished off their homestand going 5-2-0-1 . The Warriors loss dropped them to 18-13-0-3 on the season. Trevor Bailey replied for the Warriors . The Vees outshot the Warriors 31-26. The Vees play their next five games on the road , facing the Vernon Vipers on Friday and the Trail Smokeaters on Saturday before visiting Westside on Tuesday .
