PENTICTON, B.C. – The Penticton Vees, proud members of the BC Hockey League (BCHL), announced the date for their annual Peaches Cup intrasquad game and on sale date for Exhibition tickets.
The Vees’ annual split squad games goes Saturday, September 3rd, at the SOEC and is free to the public. Puck drop is scheduled for 5:30 pm. The intrasquad game will feature returning players as well as the team’s new recruits.
Exhibition Tickets are now on sale and are $10 for adults and seniors. Local youth 18 and under, along with children 12 and under (accompanied by a parent or guardian), are free courtesy of Peter Bros Paving. Exhibition tickets are available online at www.valleyfirsttix.com or in person at the Valley First box office. Season Ticket members can pick up their exhibition tickets at the Valley First box office starting today.
The Vees kick-off their three-game BCHL Exhibition schedule on Friday, September 9th, against the Vernon Vipers at the South Okanagan Events Centre (SOEC). The two Interior Division rivals meet again the following week, Friday, September 16th, in Vernon. Penticton concludes their Exhibition schedule with an afternoon contest versus the Chilliwack Chiefs during the Young Stars Classic at the SOEC on Saturday, September 17th, at 2:00 pm.
Season Ticket members who have Young Stars Classic vouchers can pick extra seats beginning today.
