PENTICTON, BC. – The Penticton Vees Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club is pleased to announce that fans will get their first look at the newly formed squad on Friday, September 11th as the team will broadcast their annual “Peaches Cup” intrasquad game.

The annual split squad game has traditionally been open to fans but because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the game will be available to watch via HockeyTV. The game will be free to watch with fans able to create a free account through the HockeyTV website. Puck drop is scheduled on the Peaches Cup contest for 5:30 PM.

“We look forward to having our players in a game environment and even more thrilled that we can broadcast for free on HockeyTV,” commented Vees President, General Manager and Head Coach Fred Harbinson, “This will allow for all of Vees Nation to get a first-hand look at this year’s talent.”

The game will feature returning players as well as the Vees new recruits throughout the summer as they hit the ice for the first time in game action.
